Shipping policies- zasady wysyłki
Please read the following points: SHIPMENT IN SPRING AND AUTUMN, COST OF DELIVERY and TERMS of our online shop before you order. Placing an order means acceptance to those terms.
In our online shop, you can place an order throughout the year, however its shipment is carried at time when plants are in growing season.
Accurate terms of shipment depend on the weather. They are announced approximately in plants' descriptions. Orders placed in months November - April are form of an advanced sale.
We usually do not send orders abroad earlier than in May and not later than in October.
Shipment of orders placed in months November - April takes place on a first come first served basis, successive til the end of May.

There is a possibility of precisely appointed dates of delivery after individual arrangements.
At times when plants have to little green mass - early spring - there is a possibility of shipment also in pre-holiday days but it always depends on a content of an order.
We do not deliver plants by ourselves. Packages are shipped by delivery services as priority mail on behalf of a buyer who covers costs of plants' packing and shipping.
Payments are not divided into plants and shipping. Consistent with chosen payment method, whole amount is to be paid on our bank account.
In payment title, last name of ordering person should be provided (it is necessary if name of a buyer is different than the name assigned to the bank account) or number of order.
Adress placed in order is the address where package will be shipped - if it's supposed to be send on different name or address put it in place of notes at the end of ordering process.
To send an order with delivery service, we can pack about 20-60 plants into a package. It depends on weight of plants with pots and soil - overall it cannot be heavier than 30kg.
Greater orders are packed in multi-box packages - cost of delivery is consistent with delivery service's price list and discounts granted in our online shop.
In case of lack of a plant - which can be caused by many factors such as winter damage, ground frost in spring, diseases. There is a few ways of behaviour:
-if a customer clearly notices that the missing plant can be replaced with a similar one - we can change the plant. Otherwise an overpayment will be returned on reccomended account or on account from wich payment had been received.
Photos on plants' description pages present adult plants. They are to let a customer know about flowers' colours, size, and overall look. They're not pictures of seedlings we send.
Pictures of the seedlings in pots are in various vegetation periods, they look different in March, in April and other months. Not adult pllants but seedlings are always the subject of our selling process.
On day of sending we always inform customers about that fact via e-mail. Please, be precise while entering your e-email adress in your order and frequently check your e-mail box.
